Originally from southern California, Chris grew up in Portland Oregon and came to Boston in 2005 to pursue his photographic and artistic career. Soon after he began working commercially (through good fortune and good luck) graduating from The Art Institute of Boston in 2008 with a BFA in photography. After graduating, Chris was hired by VRX studios, a global travel company, photographing destination photography around the world.

On top of his commercial work, Chris is a passionate artist and pursues a creative life filled with making and seeing. While Chris is in Boston he teaches several classes at local workshops and universities. Classes include: Intro into the Alternative Photographic Processes Beginning Photoshop & Advanced Photoshop.

Lover of all things artistic, photographic and food-related, Chris enjoys the company of good friends and loved ones.
